Scribble Scrubbie Pets

  • Players can unlock pets a few different ways:

    - A new pet can be earned, along with other rewards, every time the reward meter at the top of the screen is filled. Activities like coloring, washing, feeding, taking photos, watching videos and playing with your Scribble Scrubbie pets will help fill the pet meter. All 83 Scribble Scrubbie pets can be unlocked through play!

    - If you have a physical Scribble Scrubbie package, the UPC can be scanned to immediately unlock all of the pets included in that product. Visit your pet collection and tap the ""Add Pet"" button in the top right to scan a UPC. Unlocked pets may differ from the original product in some cases.

    - Pets Tokens can be purchased within the app to unlock the Scribble Scrubbie pet of your choosing at anytime! You can purchase Pet Tokens individually or subscribe to receive more Pet Tokens each month.

  • Scribble Scrubbie pets unlocked from the reward meter are randomly selected but you can choose which Scribble Scrubbie pet to unlock next when using a purchased Pet Token or when subscribing to the app.

  • Yes! Scribble Scrubbies love to be washed and colored again and again! Simply tap on your Scribble Scrubbies in the habitat to bring up the color or wash button. You can also access color or wash in the My Pet section or in the app by tapping on any unlocked pet.

  • Your subscription is linked directly to your app store account and will be available on any device logged into that app store account.

    Some app stores support sharing subscriptions through family accounts if enabled.

    *Children's app store accounts cannot purchase subscriptions directly due to app store privacy policies, ask a parent or guardian for help with subscription purchases.

  • If you are experiencing any issues with your subscription, try our troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Check the app store for any Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pet app updates

    2. Ensure the device is logged in to the app store account that owns the subscription

    3. Close out all background apps

    4. Ensure you are linked to WiFi

    5. Please make sure there is enough space on the device (2.5GB or more)

    6. Restart device

  • Follow the instructions below for the original platform you purchased your subscription to manage your subscription preferences:

    iOS App Store

    1. Open the App Store

    2. Click on your Apple ID

    3. Go to "Subscriptions"

    4. Find and tap on your Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets subscription

    5. Find and tap on the "Cancel Subscription"

    Google Play Store

    1. Open the Play Store

    2. Click the Account tab

    3. Click on Payments and Subscriptions

    4. Click on Subscriptions

    5. From here you can manage your subscriptions

    Amazon App Store

    1. Open the Amazon App Store

    2. Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions

    3. Select Manage Subscription next to the subscription you'd like to cancel

    4. Scroll down to find Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets and manage your subscription preferences

    Please be aware that cancelling stops the automatic billing for the next month, but does not issue a partial refund for the current month. Access to the app will remain until the current month runs out. Months are counted from the user's sign-up date, not calendar months.

  • Use the steps below to request a refund through the platform you use:

    iOS App Store

    1. Open the Settings app

    2. Click on your Apple ID

    3. Click View Apple ID and use your Touch ID to get in

    4. Scroll to Purchase History

    5. Scroll to find the purchase, and click on it

    6. Tap Report a problem

    7. Complete the form, note your reason for submitting the request and that you would like a refund

    Google Play Store

    1. Open the Google Play website on a browser and login to your account

    2. Tap "Account"

    3. Tap "Order history"

    4. Scroll down to find the order you want to return.

    5. To the right of the order, click "Report a problem"

    6. Complete the form and note your reason for a refund

    Amazon App Store

    1. Open the Amazon App Store

    2. Go to Your Orders

    3. Locate your order in the list and click Problem with order

    4. Select your problem from the list

    5. Select Request refund

    6. Enter your comments in the text box

    7. Select Submit

  • This amazing app is available to download on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Amazon App Store.

  • A data connection (Wifi or cellular) is only required to make purchases within the app and to watch videos in the theatre. All other features work offline.

  • Yes! All Scribble Scrubbies photos in the Photo Gallery can be saved locally on your device. In the Photo Gallery simply tap the photo you want to save to make it bigger, then tap the "save to your device" button in the upper right corner. Pictures will be saved to your mobile device's photo gallery.

  • To ensure privacy and security, all data is saved locally on your device. As a result, all user created content and user progress will be lost if this app is uninstalled and will not transfer from one device to another.

  • If you are experiencing any connection issues or glitches, these troubleshooting steps may help resolve the issue:

    1. Close Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets and open it again

    2. Close all other apps while playing Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets

    3. If you are connected to Wifi, try disconnecting, waiting a few minutes, then reconnecting the Wi-Fi from the device

    4. Check the app store for any available updates

    5. Please make sure there is enough space on the device (2.5GB or more)

    6. Restart your device
